still at school at 7pm

It's almost 7 Tuesday night and I am still at school! The joy of being a teacher! My roommate, Crissie, is the drama teacher at CAG. She has rehersal for the upcoming play(The Boys Next Door) so I stayed late to finish up writing a test...which I finished!
Life down here has become just that-everyday life. Lots of papers to grade, lots of tests to write and then grade...you get the idea. The time I get to spend with students always makes it worthwhile. It's kind of funny because I stopped helping with middle school Uth this semester. I just needed a break. Still every week the kids try to convince me to come-apparently they like me. I thought they would appreciate the break from me too; I was wrong.
I guess I should start attacking my stack of papers...
